Andy Voller is a commercial and residential real estate broker for Rice Real Estate Services. In addition to real estate, Mr. Voller is the Chief Risk Officer for American Heritage National Bank. Mr. Voller is a native of Central Minnesota, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Duluth where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.

Andy began his career working for a residential mortgage lender. Since then, he has worked for a title insurance company, a mortgage brokerage, owned a residential real estate company and is currently employed by a community bank.

Through this vast experience, Andy has gained expertise in market analysis, contract negotiation, due diligence, complex loan financing, risk management, investor reporting as well as marketing strategy and implementation. Andy uses his many years of knowledge and experience to help clients uncover real estate investment opportunities while guiding them through their transaction.

When Andy is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, golfing and relaxing at the cabin with his wife and two children.
