Chris Schuver is a commercial real estate agent for Rice Real Estate Services along with being the CFO for Rice Real Estate Services and Rice Companies, Inc. Mr. Schuver is a native of northwest Iowa and a graduate of St. John’s University, Collegeville where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
Mr. Schuver has an extensive background in the finance and commercial real estate industry, having been employed as Commercial Lender for over a dozen years prior to joining Rice Companies in 2014. Due to his work with numerous companies thru the banking business, Mr. Schuver developed an extensive network to be able to assist lessors, lessees, buyers and sellers of real estate. Community involvement commitments for Mr. Schuver includes the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota, Central MN Noon Optimist Club and active member of St. Francis Xavier of Sartell and St. Edwards of Longville.
Andy Voller is a commercial and residential real estate broker for Rice Real Estate Services. In addition to real estate, he is the COO & CCO for American Heritage National Bank.
Andy is a native of Central Minnesota, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Duluth where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
Andy began his career working for a residential mortgage lender. Since then, he has managed a national real estate settlement services company, a mortgage brokerage firm, and is currently operating a community bank. He has gained expertise in contract negotiation, due diligence, complex loan financing, risk management, real estate valuation as well as marketing strategy and implementation. Andy is putting his experience to work helping clients uncover real estate investment opportunities and guiding them through the transaction.
In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, golfing, and relaxing at the cabin with his wife and two children.
Ben Copperthite is the President of Rice Property Management. Along with his property management duties, Ben is also an active Real Estate Agent specializing in commercial transactions to include Commercial Sales, Lease Negotiations, Development, and Business Sales. Prior to joining Rice Real Estate Services, Ben was the in-house property manager for Quality Investments, an Investment firm based out of Rice Lake, WI, managing a portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial space. Ben also has experience as a Commercial Lender and Insurance Producer, which has allotted him with a more well-rounded approach which has helped him excel within the Real Estate Industry.
Mr. Copperthite has lived in MN his entire career and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He has over 10 years of Real Estate Experience in the St. Cloud Market and is a member of many Real Estate related organizations to include MNCAR Exchange, CoStar/LoopNet, etc.
When he isn’t working, Ben likes to spend time traveling with his family or doing anything outdoors.
Ron Molitor joined Rice Companies in November 2014, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University. Ron’s knowledge of the construction industry, ability to seek out areas for improvement, and quickly implement a solution, makes him an asset to our growing team.
In addition to his work as a Project Manager, Ron is also a licensed real estate agent for our real estate division, Rice Real Estate Services.
When he’s not hard at work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family outdoors hunting and fishing.
